Exciting New Opportunity – CNC / CAD Programmer (Permanent Role)
Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Straight Day Shifts – 38 hours/week + plenty of overtime

What You’ll Be Doing

Programming and setting CNC machines with or without a CAD model

Fusion 360 experience desirable

Working on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells)

Carrying jobs from programming to completion, including own quality checks

Supporting breakdowns and quick turnarounds

Producing high-quality, precision components for the food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors

Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
