The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled or coded TIG Welder to join our client’s late-shift team. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-quality welds across a range of metals and thicknesses (0.2mm – 8mm), working to exact specifications and maintaining the highest standards throughout production.
Key responsibilities include:
TIG welding to a high standard with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
MIG welding and fabricating as req-uired.
Reading and working accurately from technical/engineering drawings
Conducting your own quality checks to ensure clean, consistent welds
Working collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production requirements
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
This is a permanent position offering a 4-day working week with a quieter late-shift environment well-suited to high-precision work.
What You’ll Need
Strong TIG welding expertise, with MIG welding ability
Previous experience in a fabrication or sheet metal environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Welding (this one's specialist and can't be trained on site)

Full training is provided on all skills except welding — and if you've got good spoken English and a curiosity for learning to quote, the client will help you get there.
You'll work 5 days a week with flexible shifts available:
• 6-2
• 2-10
• 10pm-6am
